Beijing: August 2nd 2025: Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Prof. Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary visited the Headquarters of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) in Beijing. He was warmly welcomed by H.E. Mr. Du Fei, Chairman of CRBC.

With eyes set on the future, both sides held discussions on upcoming initiatives under CPEC 2.0, and Gwadar’s potential as a tourism and infrastructure hub, while also expanding cooperation in various development sectors. 

As a key partner of Pakistan for over 50 years, CRBC, part of the Fortune Global 500 CCCC Group, has been instrumental in transforming Pakistan’s development landscape, with hallmark contributions including the Karakoram Highway, Rashakai SEZ, and Karachi Coastal Zone Development.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral collaboration aligned with the upgraded vision of CPEC as a People-Centered, Green, Digital and Inclusive Corridor of Prosperity.
