Beijing : Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Ahsan Iqbal addressed academics from Peking University in China prior to JCC to be held on 29th December , 2016

While making his address the Minister said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is the biggest project under China’s One-Belt One-Road initiative that will unite the entire region. He said under CPEC, $30 billion worth projects have been implemented. He stated that with the addition of new projects in the 6th Joint Cooperation Committee(JCC), investment in CPEC will further increase.

The Minister further added that CPEC related industrial cooperation will kick-start an economic revolution in Pakistan. CPEC economic zones will generate investment and employment opportunities for the country said by the minister . He further added that 8 Industrial zones will be set up in all provinces of the country. He said that there is recommendation of 2 zones within Balochistan, including Gwadar free zone. For the security of Chinese companies working on CPEC a new security force has been formed, he said.

He stated that China and Pakistan together will defeat all anti-CPEC forces. Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal said that participation of high level officials from the provinces in JCC is the symbol of national unity and commitment . The involvement of provinces in JCC with full spirit will help to complete the CPEC projects on fast pace said  by the minister . He maintained that education, agriculture and tourism sectors will grow in long-term programs. The Minister further said that China and Pakistan Universities should work together to promote education. He added that people to people contacts will also be developed through CPEC. He said that various projects of cooperation between Pakistan and China media industry are also under consideration .

وفاقی وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی، ترقی و اصلاحات احسن اقبال نے پیکنگ یونیورسٹی اکیڈیمیا سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ  سی پیک ون بلٹ ون روڈ پراجیکٹ کا سب سے بڑا منصوبہ ہے جو پورے خطے کو آپس میں جوڑ دے گا ا۔۔ اس منصوبے کے تحتاب  تک 30بلین ڈالرز پراجیکٹس کو عملی بنا یا جا چکا ہے ۔۔

وفاقی وزیر احسن اقبال نے ان خیالات کا اظہار چھٹی جے سی سی سے پہلے بیجنگ میں  یو نیورسٹی کے سٹو ڈنٹس سے خطاب کرتے وئے کہا ۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ چھٹی جے سی سی میں نئے پراجیکٹس کی شمولیت سے سی پیک کے تحت سرمایہ کاری میں مزید اضافہ ہوگا.  ان کا مذید کہنا تھا کہ سی پیک کے تحت جاری پاک چین صنعتی تعاون پاکستان میں معاشی انقلاب کا باعث بنے گا  ۔ جس سے روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے۔ احسن اقبال کا کہنا تھا کہ سی پیک کے تحت پہلے مرحلے میں پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں میں 8صنعتی زونز بنیں گے۔۔ جبکہ بلوچستان میں دو زونز کی تجویز ہے جس میں گوادر فری زون بھی شامل ہے۔

 وفاقی وزیر احسن اقبال کا کہنا تھا کہ سی پیک منصوبوں پر کام کرنے والی چینی کمپنیوں کی حفاظت کیلئے نئی فورس تشکیل دی جا چکی ہے. پاکستان اور چین مل کر سی پیک کیخلاف مزموم مقاصد رکھنے والی قوتوں کو ناکام بنائیں گے. چھٹی جے سی سی میں اعلی صوبائی قیادت کی شمولیت قومی اتحاد و یکجہتی کا مظہر ہے. صوبوں کی بھر پور شرکت سے سی پیک منصوبوں کی جلد از جلد تکمیل ممکن ہوگی. سی پیک لانگ ٹرم پروگرام کےزریعے تعلیم، زراعت اور سیر و سیاحت کے شعبے کو ترقی دی جائے گی۔

ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ تعلیمی شعبے کو فروغ دینے کیلئے پاکستان اور چینی یونیورسٹیوں کو مل کر کام کرنا چاہئے ۔ سی پیک کے تحت عوامی رابطوں کو مزید فروغ دیا جائے گا اور پاکستانی اور چینی میڈیا کے درمیان تعاون اور مشترکہ پراجیکٹس کی تجویز بھی زیر غور ہیں ۔
