Project aims to purify sea water and make it safe for usage by the people in Gwadar city.
Project Description

The project will be installed in Gwadar Free Zone to supply potable water to Old city area along with GPA requirement.

Project Progress Update
  • Project Implementation Agreement signed on 5th July 2021.
  • 85% of civil work is completed. 
  • China-Aid Gwadar seawater desalination project Mid-term inspection has been completed.
  • The project is successfully completed and inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan during his visit to Gwadar on 04th December, 2023
